This is where the not-quite-ready-for-the-menu stuff lives. New flavors, random ideas, recipe tweaks, things I’m convinced will work... and occasionally things that absolutely do not. 😂

A lot of what Life Lately has become happened because someone tried something and told me what they thought, so I want you in on that part too. See what I’m working on, vote on what I should make next, throw an idea my way, or tell me what you really thought about something you tried.

There’s almost always something being tested around here. Some ideas are one batch away from being ready, and some are still very much in the “well... that didn’t work” stage. 😂

🥕 Carrot About You ✨ Made the Menu!
Turns out you can turn everything I love about carrot cake into a muffin that feels like breakfast... or at least lets us pretend it does. 😂 This one officially made the cut! ✨

🍎 Apple Cider Donut Muffins 🧪 Testing
All the cinnamon-sugary, apple-cider-donut goodness without needing a donut fryer.

🥜 Candied Nuts 🧪 Testing
Sweet, crunchy, cozy, and very much in the “how dangerous would it be to have a bag of these sitting around?” stage.

Will they all make the cut? We’ll see. 👀 Keep an eye out for the ✨ because that means a Test Kitchen experiment officially made the menu!
